To achieve desired results, Vedic practices like Mantra, Yantra, Tantra, Yoga, Kriya, etc. require you to follow stringent guidelines as stated in the Vedas and Upainishads. Most often, if the correct knowledge is not diligently followed, these Vedic practices prove fatal.
